摘要
对旅游节庆品牌建设进行风险分析,有助于提升旅游节庆品牌的影响力和社会效益。根据泉州市旅游节庆品牌建设的有利条件,分析旅游节庆组织管理风险和品牌管理风险,并从旅游节庆组织、客源、工作者、合作者和媒体等方面提出风险管理对策,为泉州市旅游节庆品牌的塑造奠定基础。
Analyzing the risk of the brand development of tourism festivals will promote the impact and social benefit of the brand. In the light of the advantages of developing the tourism festival brand in Quanzhou, an analysis is made on the management risk of organizing tourism festivals and the brands, and then a countermeasure to risk management is suggested from the perspectives of the organization, the guest source, the workers, the cooperators and the media of the tourism festivals, which lays foundation for the creation of tourism festival brand in Quanzhou City.
