浅埋大断面隧道下穿楼群施工爆破控制 被引量:5

摘要 以青岛胶州湾海底隧道陆域段工程为背景,结合萨氏装药量计算经验公式及相关规范,对胶州湾海底隧道下穿群楼时的爆破控制技术进行研究.基于隧道施工爆破的大量现场测试数据,回归分析得出了依托工程的振动波传播规律和装药量计算参数,由此计算出允许最大段起爆药量,进而优化大断面隧道爆破方案,实现了房屋最大振速控制在2 cm/s以下.根据建筑物不同楼层的爆破振速的测试结果,底层振速大于各楼层振速是普遍规律,因此在计算最大段起爆药量时,应以建筑物底层的爆破振速作为控制基准.研究成果保证了胶州湾海底隧道下穿群楼爆破时建筑物的稳定,并对类似工程有借鉴意义. Based on J iaozhou bay subsea tunnel in Qingdao city, the blasting control technology that Jiaozhou bay subsea tunnel crosses existing buildings is studied by combining the experimental equation of charge establishment with coherent code. According to a large number of tunnel construction field test data, the laws of vibration wave propagation and the calculation parameters of charge are ob- tained, and then the maximum allowable amount of primary explosive segment is calculated. Based on the above methods, the blasting program is optimized and house maximum blasting velocity is con- trolled under 2 cm/s. The test results of building blasting vibration velocity in different floors show the velocity of the first floor is greater than the velocity on each floor. So the velocity of the first floor is recommended to be a control velocity while the maximum charge is calculated. This study is not only useful to ensure building' s stabilization when blasting in Jiaozhou bay subsea tunnel but also offers the- oretical and methodological experiences to the similar engineering.
