摘要
以300 km/h高速动车组动力车轮轴动应力测试为基础,经过数据处理和分析,识别出切向轮轨力和横向轮轨力.针对轮轴结构受力及应力分布特点,通过Ansys软件进行有限元模型分析,找到车轮作用载荷与应变之间的关系,计算得到切向蠕滑率,并运用最小二乘法进行参数识别,初步分析得到切向轮轨力与切向蠕滑率之间的关系及切向蠕滑率与速度之间的关系.
The tangential wheel-rail force and the lateral wheel-rail force are identified through analyz- ing data based on the dynamic stress testing of 300 EMU power axle. Focusing on structural force and stress distribution characteristics, the relationship between wheel load and strain is found by analyzing the model with Ansys. Through calculating, the tangential creep rate is gained. The parameter is i- dentified with Least squares. The relation between tangential force and tangential creep rate as well as the relation between tangential creep rate and vehicle speed are preliminarily analyzed.
