摘要
中国高校毕业生就业难源于多种原因:既有供需总量失衡、结构性供需矛盾问题,也有毕业生基本素质与就业意愿的因素。政府和高校只有从招生、培养与就业三个环节入手,系统创新政策制度,破解各环节的难题,才能从根本上解决中国高校毕业生就业难的问题。
Chinese college graduates employment difficulties are rooted in a variety of factors: the imbalances of the total supply and demand, Structural contradiction of supply and demand, as well as graduate's employment wishes. It is necessary for government and university to innovate the system of the enrollment, education and employment, in order to ultimately solve college graduates' employment difficulties.
