人口道德对经济增长的影响研究——基于人口质量结构的视角

Study on the Influence of Population Morality on Economic Growth——From the Perspective of Population Quality Structure

人口道德通过对个人效率、企业行为及市场交易秩序的调节作用,对经济增长产生重要影响。基于人口质量结构视角,将道德、身体和文化科学素质同时引入增长模型,运用PLS方法就其1989～2010年间对经济增长的影响进行实证研究,以11年为1期,对比不同时期该效应的差异。结果表明:人口道德对经济增长促进作用不断增强且变化最为显著。因此,提高人口道德素质将会获得更高的经济增长回报,人口质量结构协调发展应成为中国转变经济发展方式的重点方向。

Population morality has great influence on economic growth by affecting individual efficiency, corporate behavior and market trade order. From the perspective of population quality structure, population morality qualities, physical qualities, and cultural and scientific qualities are introduced into an economic growth model, and an empirical study is made on the influence of population morality on economic growth from 1990 to 2009 by using least square method. Results show that the impact of population morality in promoting economic growth is strengthening and with significant changes. This means that higher economic growth return can be achieved by improving population morality qualities, and the coordinated development of population quality structure should become the focus of transforming economic development mode in China in the future.
