论西部地方本科师范院校面临的困境与出路

Predicaments Faced by Local Universities of Undergraduates in Western China and the Outlet

作为西部地区教师教育的主力军,西部地方本科师范院校的作用不容忽视。随着教师教育的发展与改革,西部地方本科师范院既面临着前所未有的机遇,同时也遭遇到巨大的挑战,面临着学科定位不明确等方面的困惑。这里运用SWOT分析法,对西部地方本科师范院校的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行分析,并根据其面临的困境,提出相应的对策。

As a major force of teacher education,local teachers' universities have played a very great role in western China that cannot be ignored.With the development and reform of teacher education,teachers' universities in western China are facing great predicaments and challenge as well as unprecedented opportunities.Meanwhile,there exist some problems with teachers'universities in western China,such as unclear orientation of school running,lack of features,too much administrative intervention,lack of investment,unreasonable discipline construction and specialty offering,and restriction by traditional concepts,etc.In order to get out of the predicaments,teachers'universities should attach importance to the orientation and transformation of school running,serve the locality,create special features,pay attention to connotative development,and most importantly,improve teaching.
