左面部滑膜肉瘤1例

摘要 滑膜肉瘤（SS）是一种独特的软组织肿瘤,该肿瘤中常有上皮样细胞形成的腺样、小管样或裂隙样结构,又有梭形瘤细胞区和纤维间质,加之常发生于近关节的软组织部位,被认为是起源于关节滑膜或向滑膜方向分化的恶性肿瘤[1]。SS可累及邻近或远离关节组织,而不是关节本身。肢体,特别是下肢最易受累,发生在口腔颌面部者罕见,
