地方高校介入社区教育，是转变地方高等学校办学观念，增强开放性、实用性、服务性的需要，是实现高校与社区教育的衔接和沟通，培养适合社区建设和社区教育发展的人才，拓展高等教育的社会服务功能的需要。南充市地方高校介入社区教育取得了较好成绩，但也存在一定的差距。地方高校要树立全新的社区教育服务理念；加强社区教育理论和实践研究；发挥高校优势，整合开发共享社区教育资源；建立一支过硬的专兼职的师资和管理队伍，为构建和谐社会，构建终身教育体系发挥更大的作用。与社区密切合作。共同发展，实现双赢。

Involvement of local universities in community education is the necessity of changing idea of running colleges, enhancing openness, practicality and service, realization of connection and communication between local universities and community education, cultivation of talents for community construction and education, wideness of serving society of higher education. The involvement of local universities in community education in Nanchong has some achievement, and also some shortcomings. Local universities need set up new idea of serving community education, strengthen theoretical and practical research of community education, take the advantage of universities,integrate , develop and share resources of community resources, establish a team of profound teachers and managers of and full-time and part-time work so that they can play great role in constructing harmonious society and lifelong edu- cation system. Local universities will have good cooperation and achieve a two-goal win.
