摘要
目的 观察一次性集中和分散多处微波凝固肝组织后果的差异 ,探讨其机理。方法 将犬分成 2组 ,A组每犬选 5肝叶 ,每叶以 1 0 0 W、2 5秒、长 3cm的电极作一微波凝固区。 B组每犬选 1~ 2叶作 5处条件同 A组的凝固区。观察热传导范围及术后情况。结果 凝固过程中距中心 5 cm处温度仍达 43℃~ 43.5℃ ,A组死亡率明显高于 B组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,并且 A组动物术后长时间未清醒 ,死亡动物肝充血 ,肝及肠管肿胀并有大量腹水。结论 一次性分散多处微波凝固肝组织可使肝脏产生损伤累加效应。
Objective To evaluate the consequence of MTC in multiple lobes of liver and to explore its mechanism.Methods Twelve dogs were randomly divided into two groups.Five hepatic lobes of ecah dog in Group A were identified and inserted a microwave electrode and coagulated.In group B,1 or 2 lobes were identified and coagulated 5 times by the electrode at different sites.Thermal spread distances were measured.Results The temperature at the site of 5cm away from the coagulated center was 43℃~43.5℃.The mortality rate in Group A was higher than that in Group B(P<0.05)。It took a longer time to regain consciousness after operation in Group A.Hepatic hyperemia,live and intestine edema and ascites were found in corpses.Conclusions The accumulative injury effect of MTC was manifested in the liver with multiple injury lobes.
