右美托咪定在支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除术中的应用

目的观察右美托咪定在支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除术中的镇静及心血管效应。方法选择年龄18～60岁、性别不限、ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级、在全身麻醉支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除术患者40例,随机分为D组(右美托咪定组)和P组(丙泊酚组),每组20人。观察两组实验中观测时间点BIS值、血流动力学指标及血管活性药物使用情况。结果两组患者BIS值、血流动力学指标比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),但血管活性药物阿托品使用情况D组少于P组。结论右美托咪定的镇静及心血管效应良好,可应用在支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除术中。

Objective To observe the effect of sedation and cardiovascular given dexmedetomidine in suspension laryngoscopy vocal cord polypectomy. Methods 40 patients, aged 18 to 60-year-old,male or female, ASA I - II in suspension laryngoscopy vocal cord polypectomy under general anesthesia,were randomLy divided into group D （dexmedetomidine given group） and group P （Propofol group）.The hemodynamic parameters of anesthesia period and BIS were compared.Results The BIS and hemodynamics were differences significant （P〉0.05）, but D group was less than the P group in useful vasoactive agent. Conclusion Dexmedetomidine have high-quality sedation and cardiovascular effects to application of suspension laryngoscopy vocal cord polypectomy.
