新型骨股近端内固定系统治疗成人股骨转子间骨折

摘要 目的探讨新型股骨近端内固定系统(PFNA)治疗成人股骨转子间骨折。方法 2007年3月~2011年3月收治成人股骨转子间骨折28例,均采用PFNA治疗。结果本组获得随访25例,随访时间3~28个月,平均15.5个月,骨折均获骨性愈合。结论 PFNA治疗成人股骨转子间骨折是一种较好的方法,闭合复位,固定符合生物力学,利于骨折愈合,并发症少。
