LEEP术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变对妊娠结局的影响

目的探讨LEEP术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变对妊娠结局的影响。方法收集2007年5月～2011年5月在靖江市人民医院妇产科行LEEP术后妊娠的初产妇28例为研究组,匹配56例为对照组。观察研究组受孕情况,比较两组孕妇早产、胎膜早破、宫颈裂伤、低出生体重儿、产后出血、阴道分娩总产程及剖宫产的发生率。结果 28例患者均能顺利受孕,两组仅早产(17.9%vs1.79%χ2=5.048,P=0.025)具有统计学意义,胎膜早破、宫颈裂伤、剖宫产率、低体重出生儿发生率等均无统计学意义。结论恰当的LEEP术操作对受孕率无影响,并可减少妊娠前及妊娠后并发症的发生,对妊娠结局影响不大。

Objective To investigate the impact on pregnancy outcome after LEEP procedure for the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods To collect primipara after LEEP procedure in our hospital from May 2007 to May 2011,28 cases as the study group,56 cases matched for the control group.To observe conception in study group and compare premature labor premature rupture of membranes,cervical laceration,low birth weight infants,incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,the total process of vaginal delivery and cesarean section rate between the two groups of pregnant women.Results 28 patients were able to successfully conceive.Only preterm delivery（17.9% vs 1.79% χ2= 5.048,P= 0.025） was statistically significant between two groups.The occurrence rate of premature rupture of membranes,cervical laceration,cesarean section rate,low birth-weight infants were not statistically different.Conclusion The proper operation of LEEP had no effect on fertility rate,may reduce pregnancy and pregnancy complications,and had little effect on pregnancy outcome.
