中老年妇女子宫脱垂合并阴道壁膨出的系统护理干预分析

目的对中老年妇女子宫脱垂合并阴道壁膨出的系统护理方式进行分析。方法选取收治的50例子宫脱垂合并阴道壁膨出的中老年患者,对其护理情况进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者术后均未出现尿道上行感染及伤口感染情况,仅1例患者出现阴道壁血肿,经及时处理愈合情况良好,所有患者都在预期时间内治愈并出院。结论阴式子宫全切术易出血,通常接受手术的患者年龄较大,因此手术的耐受性也相对低,术后更易发生感染,通过术前、术后细致、周到的系统护理,确保了患者的顺利康复,取得了满意的效果。

Objective To explore the way of system care of middle-aged women with uterine prolapse complicated with vaginal wall prolapse.Methods 50 cases of uterine prolapse complicated vaginal wall prolapse in elderly patients selected,and their care situation were analyzed retrospectively.Results All patients had no urethra ascending infection and wound infection,only 1 patient with vaginal wall hematoma,healed timely after processing,all patients are cured and discharged within the expected time.Conclusion The vaginal hysterectomy total resection surgery are easy bleeding,the patients are older,relatively low tolerance of surgery,and apt to postoperative infection,through the preoperative,postoperative meticulous,thoughtful care of the system,can ensure the successful rehabilitation of patients and achieve satisfactory results.
