妊娠期胆汁淤积症胎盘病理组织计量及图象分析

The histomorphometry and computerized imaged analysis of the placentae in ICP

为了探讨ICP胎盘病理形态结构改变对其功能影响的机制 ,对 2 2例ICP足月胎盘及 10例正常足月胎盘进行病理组织计量和计算机图象分析。结果 :ICP胎盘绒毛间隙狭窄与正常对照组相比差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。提示 :ICP胎盘绒毛间隙狭窄是围产儿宫内缺氧、病死率增加的重要原因 ,因此 ,重视预防和积极处理妊娠胆汁淤积症 ,改善胎盘功能 ,对降低围产儿死亡率 。

Objective:To investigate the mechanism of the placental pathological morphological changes on functions caused by perinatal death in the patiens with ICP.Placentae from 22 cases of ICP,10 cases of normal pregnancy were examined by histomorphometry and computerized imaged analysis system.Results:Significant differences were found in strictured intervillous spaces of the placentae in ICP(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strictured intervillous space of the placentae in ICP is an important cause for acute hypoxia in the uteri and incresing perinattal mortal ity;therefore,the prevention and treatment of ICP and improvement of the placental function are of great importance to the reduction of perinatal mortality and enhanncing eugenical rate.
