护患双方对护患沟通及拉手安抚行为的认知与需求 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨护患双方对护患沟通及拉手安抚行为的认知与需求,为护患沟通技巧的实施提供依据。方法便利选取山东省济南市某三级甲等医院2011年3-8月入住内科、肿瘤科、外科的住院患者290例,采用自制问卷调查住院患者对护士拉手安抚行为的需求以及护士的拉手安抚行为现况。结果 94%的患者认为护患沟通非常重要或重要,不同科室患者对沟通重要性的认知差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);76.2%的患者在身体不适时非常希望或希望护士能实施拉手安抚;99.3%的护士认为护患沟通非常重要或重要,但不同职务护士对护患沟通重要性的认知存在统计学差异(P<0.05);92.9%的护士认为沟通方式与技巧对沟通效果影响很大或有影响,但不同职务、学历及职称护士对该问题的看法差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);31.9%的护士选择很少或从不实施拉手安抚,且不同职务护士的拉手安抚行为差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士对患者实施拉手安抚行为欠佳,不能满足患者的需要,护理管理者应加强护士这方面的教育与培训,以进一步提高护患沟通的效果。 Objective To study the cognition and demands of nurses and patients on nurse-patient communication and handle-shaking behaviors,so as to provide theory basis for the implementation of nurse-patient communication skills.MethodsConvenience sampling strategy was used to survey 290 hospitalized patients with a self-designed questionnaire from March to August 2011 from the departments of internal medicine,oncology and surgery in a grade-III level-A hospital in Jinan in terms of the needs of nurses’ hand-shaking appease behaviors and its current status.ResultsOf the 290 patients,94% of them admitted the values of nurse-patient communication and there were significant cognition differences on the values of nurse-patient communication in patients from different departments(P〈0.05);76.2% of them had a strong desire for hand-shaking appease behaviors of nurses when they felt disposed.Of all the nurses,99.3% of them admitted the values of nurse-patient communication,and there were significant differences in the cognition of the values of nurse-patient communication in nurses with different positions(P〈0.05);92.9% of them held that communication styles and techniques had a great influence on communication effects,however,there were significant differences in the viewpoints towards the issue in nurses with different positions,education backgrounds and titles(P〈0.05),31.9% of them rarely or never chose to implement hand-shaking appease behaviors,and significant differences were observed on the hand-shaking appease behaviors in nurses with different positions(P〈0.05).ConclusionNurses lack hand-shaking appease behaviors,which can’t meet patients’ needs.Thus,nursing managers should strengthen the education and training for nurses to improve the communication effect between nurses and patients.
