接受超促排卵患者行体外受精-胚胎移植术的围术期护理

Perioperative Nursing for In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transplantation after Controlled Ovarian Hyper Stimulation

目的探讨接受超促排卵(controlled ovarian hyperstimulation,COH)患者施行体外受精-胚胎移植术(in vitro fertili-zation embryo transfer,IVF-ET)的围术期护理措施。方法回顾性分析第二军医大学长海医院生殖医学中心1 223例接受超促排卵(COH)行IVF-ET手术患者的临床资料,总结临床疗效和护理经验。结果本组患者临床妊娠率为39.0%,异位妊娠率为4.32%,流产率为9.19%,发生中重度卵巢过度刺激综合征者占1.17%。出生活胎儿总数237例,畸形儿总数1例(0.53%)。结论全面合理的围术期护理措施对于提高IVF-ET手术患者的临床疗效和降低术后并发症有着重要的作用。

Objective To discuss perioperative nursing measures for in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation（IVF-ET） after controlled ovarian hyperstimulation（COH）.MethodsThe clinical data of clinical management and perioperative nursing on 1223 patients of cycles who were received IVF-ET procedure after COH were analyzed retrospectively.The clinical efficiency and nursing experience were summarized accordingly.ResultsThe clinical pregnancy rate,ectopic pregnancy rate and abortion rate were 39.0%,4.32% and 9.19%,respectively.Number of moderate or severe ovarian hyper stimulation syndrome accounted for only 1.17%.The number of live birth was 237.The deformity birth number was only one.ConclusionComprehensive and optimal nursing procedures play a crucial role in improving the clinical efficiency of IVF-ET patients and preventing the postoperative complications.
