摘要
中国的老字号企业和日本的长寿企业,都是拥有悠久历史的企业。两国同属东亚文化圈,使得双方企业存在一些共同点;而更值得关注的,是两国迥异的民族特性和社会发展,导致双方的此类企业在数量、寿命、成长环境、经营理念上出现的明显差异。关注两者在成长环境、企业管理和产品特征三个方面的区别,能够在某种程度上为双方取长补短、谋求进一步发展提供些许思考的线索。
The China time-honored brands and the Japanese long-lived companies are all those which have long business histories.Since the two countries both belong to the East Asian cultural circle,plenty of common points could be found from company-running ideas to running methods in such companies of both countries.Meanwhile,the differences on numbers,age and lots of business ideas etc.,are more noticeable because of different national characters and development of the societies.Focusing mainly on the distinction of the developing environment,company management and features of products between the China time-honored brands and Japanese long-lived companies may provide a chance to both to learn from each other and some inspiration on further development.
