当前,我国社会差异化问题已经十分突出,亟需提升政府执行力,有效控制社会差异及合理调解差异冲突,促进社会和谐。因此,深入分析当前我国政府执行力的内生构成以及政府执行力不足的原因,并采取有力措施提升政府执行力,尤显重要。

At present,the social differentiation problem in our country has been very outstanding.We must control social difference effectively and mediate the difference conflict rationally to promote social harmony by lifting government implementation force.Therefore,it appears very important to analysis the endogenous composes of our government implementation force and the causes of government implementation force being strenuously insufficient and to lift government implementation force by adopting the effective measures especially.
