The Investigation on College Students' Career Aspiration

抽取广东省367名大学生为被试,采用职业抱负量表为测量工具,用SPSS11.5对数据进行T检验和方差分析,通过对大学生职业抱负特点分析探讨,发现调查对象的职业抱负整体水平都比较高,大学男生职业抱负显著高于女生;大学生职业抱负在其专业、学历和家庭来源方面没有显著差异。

367 college students of Guangdong were chosen at random to the test.The instruments were ＂Career Futures Inventory（CFI）＂.All the calculations were performed with SPSS 11.5 statistical package.T-test and Analysis of Variance（ANOVA） were employed to understand if the significant relationship which exists in the college students’ career aspiration.The results were as following.First,the average value of the 367 college students’ career aspiration is higher than the middle point.Second,the male college students aspired to careers,at a much higher level,than the female students.Third,no significant difference has been found between students in terms of major,level of education and family background.The findings of this psychological research could be useful for educators,career advisors and those interested in college students’ career development.
