我国动漫产业的知识产权保护研究

进入21世纪以后,以电脑游戏、动漫卡通、产品动画设计等为主要内容的动漫产业异军突起,已经成为我国创意企业的核心产业,为国民经济的快速增长做出了应有贡献.但目前我国动漫产业在发展过程中,仍然面临知识产权保护薄弱的现状,使得我国动漫产业发展步履维艰.从动漫产业和知识产权的概念入手,针对我国动漫产业知识产权保护存在的问题,分别从政府、动漫企业、动漫创作者自身等方面,提出了加强动漫产业知识产权保护的若干措施.

In the 21st century later,a computer games,anime cartoon,product animation design as the main representative,the cartoon industry sprung up,and has become China’s creative enterprise core industry,for the rapid growth of the national economy made due contributions.But the cartoon industry in the process of development still face such as intellectual property protection of the present situation of weak,which makes our cartoon industry the development step persistently struggling.This paper,from the cartoon industry and the concept of intellectual property rights,in view of the cartoon industry intellectual property protection existing problems,from the government,the animation enterprise,cartoon creator oneself such proposes strengthening cartoon industry of the intellectual property rights protection measures.
