摘要
文中对聚氯乙烯转化系统氯化铵的生成来源进行了细致的理论分析和实践验证,并对这一过程提供了详尽的数据和参数佐证。最后,就整个转化系统中氯化铵的生成对下游聚氯乙烯产品质量是否能够造成的低劣影响以及对触媒层产生的现象和对管道、吸附塔造成的“腐蚀”现象作了最终探索。
It was performed exquisite theoretical analysis and practical proof to the origins of ammonium chloride of Polyvinyl chloride transformation systems, and provided particularly parameter evidences for this process. Finally, the influences of the ammonium chloride maked to the quality of polyvinyl chloride or not, and the phenomenons of the catalyst layer as well as the adsorption tower corrosions the pipeline corrosions were explored in this theses.
