介绍了丝绸行业现状,通过市场调研和数据分析了解丝绸市场存在的主要问题和机会,找出丝绸产品的主要目标细分市场和丝绸品牌的主要目标客群,并根据目标客群特点,同时结合企业品牌定位与市场竞争状况,制定相应的营销策略。
This paper introduces the present condition of silk industry, analyzes the main problems and opportunities in the silk market on the basis of market research and data, and finds out the main target segment market of silk products and the main target customers of silk brands. According to the characteristics of target customers and combining industry brand orientation and market competition, the paper also formulates corresponding marketing strategies.
