实地调研服装生产企业,运用秒表时间研究法与模特排时法测算生产中缝纫工序的实际工时与标准工时,测量改善操作手势后的工时并计算所节省的工时。运用动作经济原理分析动作是否有提高工时的可能性以及应如何通过改善操作手势来提高工时。

Through field investigation in the clothing production enterprises, the stopwatch time study method and the MOD method have been used to estimate the actual working hours and the standard working hours in sewing process, to measure the working hours after improving the operation hand gestures. By using action economic principle, this paper analyzes the possibility of increasing working hours and the ways by improving operation hand gestures.
