On the Development Strategy of Higher Vocational Education in the Era of Knowledge Economy

知识经济对职业教育提出了更高的要求,也为职业教育的发展开辟了广阔的道路。分析了高职教育在知识经济时代应发展的特点和方向,提出要大力提升高职教育的教学质量与学校竞争力,把培养学生全面发展、学会做人、学会学习放在突出位置,有效地提高学生的综合职业能力和素养,并全面提升教师教学水平,使高职教育向优质化、多元化、科技化和国际化方向发展。

Knowledge economy has put a higher demand on vocational education and opened up a broader road for its development. This paper analyzes the development characteristics and direction of higher vocational education in the era of knowledge economy and suggests that the teaching quality and college competitiveness should be greatly increased, that to cultivate students＇ all-round development, to make them learn to behave and leam how to leam should be put in a prominent position, that students ＇ comprehensive occupation ability and quality should be effective improved, that teachers＇ vocational education should be developed to the quality, teaching ability should be promoted, and that higher diversity, technology and international direction.
