高校基层党组织建设与创先争优活动的思考与探讨

Thinking and Discussion of the Construction of Basic Level Party Organizations in Universities and the Progressiveness Activity

结合高校实际,阐述高校基层党组织在推动学校事业发展中的重要作用;对高校基层党组织建设存在的问题进行了客观分析;在深刻领会开展创先争优活动深刻内涵的同时,提出了以创先争优活动为抓手,积极探索加强基层党组织建设和学院内涵建设的途径。

By combining the actual condition in the universities, this paper discusses the main role that the basic level Party organizations have played in promoting the university development, and makes an objective analysis of the problems in the construction of the basic level Party organizations. Based on the deep understanding of the connotation of the progressiveness activity, the paper suggests that with the activity as the starting point, the approaches of strengthening the construction of basic level Party organization and connotation construction should be actively explored.
