摘要
以经济学中的供求理论为基础,首先从价格、收入水平和消费者偏好等因素对食用型野生动物的市场需求特征进行了分析,研究表明食用型野生动物产品的价格及人们的收入水平是影响大众对其消费欲望的最主要因素;其次,从商品价格、生产者预期、养殖技术、养殖成本、政府政策和气候条件等因素分析了食用型野生动物的市场供给特征,研究表明养殖技术、养殖成本和政府政策是制约食用型野生动物产品供给最为重要的三大影响因素;从供需两个角度看,气候条件的变化、较好的生产者预期和对野生动物产品的偏好等因素一定程度上也影响了食用型野生动物养殖业的顺利发展;然后,运用AD-AS模型对食用型野生动物养殖业的市场发展潜力进行分析;最后提出相应的政策建议。
On the basis of the theory of supply and demand in economics, this paper firstly analyzes the demand characteristics of edible wildlife from the factors which include price, income level and consumer preferences. It shows that the edible wildlife products' prices and the people's income level are the main factors that influencing public's desires to consume. Secondly, the paper analyzes the supply characteristics of edible wildlife from the factors which include commodity prices,producer expectations,farming technologies, farming cost, government policies and climate conditions. It shows that farming technologies, farming cost and government policies are the most important restrictive factors to the supply of the edible wildlife products. From the two perspectives of supply and demand, to some extent, the changing of the climate conditions, the good producer expectati6ns and the consumer preferences to the wildlife products also affect the smooth development of edible wildlife farming. Then the paper analyzes the market development potential of edible wildlife farming by using AD-AS model. Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
