摘要
目的探讨针刺和药物配合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理方法。方法将腰椎键盘突出症的针刺护理、用药护理和健康指导相结合护理251例。结果临床疗效显著,总有效率97.61%。结论腰椎间盘突出症采用针药并重的治疗手段及行之有效的护理方法收效好,值得临床护理参考使用。
Objective Discuss the approach about nursing of acupuncture and medicine integrated treatment on Lumbar Disc Herniation（LDH）.Methods Run 251 trials with LDH by combining acupuncture nursing,medicine nursing with health conduction.Results A prominent clinical effect with the global efficiency 97.61%is achieved.Conclusion It is feasible and effective to treat the LDH by maintaining acupuncture and medicine equally,as the method is worth referring to be used in clinical nursing.
