氟伐他汀对原发性高血压患者血管内皮功能的影响

The Influence of vascular endothelial function on Fluorine Simvastatin of Primary Hypertension Patients

目的探讨氟伐他汀对原发性高血压患者血管内皮功能的影响及意义。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,对该院自2010年11月—2011年11月在该院门诊或病房收治的原发性高血压患者96例,随机均分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用常规的降压治疗,实验组在常规的治疗基础之上加用氟伐他汀,分别于治疗2月后测定血浆中单核细胞趋化因子-1(MCP-1)、一氧化氮(NO)和血管性假血友病因子(vWF)的水平。结果实验组和对照组治疗前比较血浆中MCP-1、NO、vWF,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组和对照组治疗2月后比较血浆中MCP-1、NO、vWF,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟伐他汀对原发性高血压患者血管内皮功能有保护作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore influence and significance of endothelial function for simvastatin fluorine of primary hypertension patients.Methods The prospective study method was used,96 patients with primary hypertension came from our hospital from nov.2010 to November 2011,the experimental group and control group were divided into random,the control group with normal antihypertensive therapy,the experimental group in normal therapy on the basis of fluorine add with simvastatin,respectively in February after treatment were mononuclear cells in plasma chemotactic agent-1（MCP-1）,nitric oxide（NO）and vascular false hemophilia factor（vWF）level.Results The experimental group and control group before treatment more plasma MCP-1,NO,vWF,the difference was statistically significant（P〉0.05）;The experimental group and control group 2 months after treatment is plasma MCP-1,NO,vWF,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Fluorine simvastatin of primary hypertension patients endothelial function has protective effect,it has clinical application value.
