Discussion of how to reduce the injure of parathyroid in surgery of thyroidectomy

目的探讨甲状腺手术中甲状旁腺损伤的预防。方法回顾分析近年来2630例甲状腺手术中,出现甲状旁腺损伤后低血钙征的临床资料。结果术后严密观察及时发现甲状旁腺损伤,并行处理,收到满意结果。讨论对甲状旁腺解剖、血运情况进行掌握,防止甲状旁腺损伤,及损伤后的处理。

Objective The purpose of the study was to discuss how to reduce the injure of parathyroid in operation.Methods The clinical data of 2630 patients with hypocalcemia in surgery of thyroidectomy in our department were reviewed.Result 3 example patients after treatment symptom vanishing,the serum calcium restore normally complerely.Conclusion The key to reduce the injure of parathyroid in operation is to be familiar with the anatomy of thyroid and parathyroid;meanwhile,to monitor the sense of patients and blood calcium after operation were also important measures.
