美皮康在气管切开中的应用

The application of mepilex border in tracheotowy

目的对应用美皮康对气管切开患者的切口进行处理的临床效果进行研究分析。方法该院接受气管切开处理的患者76例,将所有患者平均分为A组和B组各38例。A组患者采用传统纱布对切口进行处理;B组患者采用美皮康对切口进行处理。结果 B组患者的切口恢复效果明显优于A组;切口愈合的时间明显短于A组;治疗过程中的平均换药次数明显少于A组;切口的不良反应发生率明显低于A组;住院治疗时间明显短于A组;手术留有严重瘢痕的人数明显少于A组。结论应用美皮康对气管切开患者的切口进行处理的临床效果非常明显。

Objective To application of Mepilex on patients with incision of trachea incision for treatment of clinical effect analysis.Methods In our hospital underwent tracheotomy and treatment of patients with 76 cases,all the patients were divided into A group and B group with 38 cases in each group.Group A patients using conventional gauze on wound treatment;group B patients using Mepilex on incision processing.Results The patients in the B group was higher than that of group A incision restoration;wound healing time was significantly shorter than in group A;in the treatment process of the average frequency of dressing changes obviously less than group A;incision of the incidence rate of adverse reaction was significantly lower than that in A group;the time of hospitalization was significantly shorter in group A;operation have severe scar less likely than A group.Conclusion The application of Mepilex on patients with incision of trachea incision for treatment of clinical effect is very obvious.
