复方亚甲蓝注射液在肛肠病术后镇痛的疗效观察

Analgesia efficacy observation of methylene blue long-acting analgestic agents on the ano-rectal diseases after surgery

目的探讨肛肠病术后良好的镇痛方法。方法将217例肛肠病术后患者随机分为两组:试验组108例采用亚甲蓝长效镇痛剂,对照组109例采用常规方法镇痛,观察两组患者术后镇痛效果。结果试验组术后Ⅰ级疼痛72例,Ⅱ级疼痛35例,Ⅲ级疼痛1例,均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论复方亚甲蓝制剂作长效镇痛效果好,安全,适用于肛肠病的多种手术。

Aim Discussion on good analgesia method after anorectal operation.Methods 217 patients were randomly divided into two groups with Test group and Control group：108 patients of Test group used methylene blue long-acting analgesic,109 patients of Control group used the conventional method of analgesia.Two groups were observed in patience with postoperative analgesia effect.Result Test group,the number of the people who suffered the level I of pain was 72,lever II was 35,level III was 1.All are higher than those of control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Methylene blue compound preparations with long-acting analgesic effect is good,safe,applicable to a variety of operation for anorectal diseases.
