经胃镜高频电凝切除上消化道息肉的临床探讨

目的探讨经胃镜高频电凝切除上消化道息肉的临床效果。方法回顾分析笔者所在医院2008年1月—2011年1月间经临床诊断证实的上消化道息肉的临床资料。结果在该组90例患者的182颗,大小不等、有蒂或无蒂、单发或多发的上消化道息肉,均予高频电凝一次性切除,无一例穿孔、出血并发症出现,治愈率为100%。结论胃镜下高频电凝切除上消化道息肉的方法确实可行,安全可靠、创伤小、成功率高。

Objective To investigate endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation resection of upper gastrointestinal polyps clinical effect.Methods Retrospective analysis of the hospital from January 2008 to January 2011 by the clinical diagnosis was confirmed by upper gastrointestinal polyps clinical data.Results In this group of 90 patients182,unequal in size,pedunculated or sessile,solitary or multiple upper gastrointestinal polyp were treated with high-frequency electric coagulation,one-time excision,none of the 1 patients with perforation,bleeding complications,cure rate is 100%.Conclusion High-frequency electric coagulation under endoscope for upper digestive tract polyps method is feasible,safe and reliable,small trauma,high success rate.
