摘要
商洛菜肴主要运用写实和写意两种方式命名,菜肴原料、加工形状和烹制方法为菜肴名称构成的基本要素。要准确翻译出商洛菜肴名称,必须对食材加工形状和烹制方法加以了解研究,找出对应的英语词汇,遵循一定翻译原则,运用相应的翻译策略,使用直译、意译、音译、直译加注解等五种英译方法进行翻译。
Realistic naming is the main method to techniques are greatly applied in naming Shangluo Based on some translation principles and translating name Shangluo dishes. Because culinary and cutting dishes, they must be fully studied before translating. strategies, four translation methods can be used during translating Shangluo dishes into English:literal translation,liberal translation,transliteration,literal translation combined with annotation.
