摘要
简要介绍目前比较受重视的四种团队理论:人际关系理论、角色界定理论、激励理论和任务导向理论。将团队理论与图书馆的工作实际相结合,探讨图书馆团队建设的原则,即目标明确化、管理科学化、结构合理化、发展可持续化;同时指出了图书馆团队建设的类型,以期正确运用团队建设理论指导图书馆的实践。
This paper shall first present a brief introduction of the four popular theories concerning team: interpersonal relationship theory, role defining theory, incentive theory and task-oriented theory. Then by combing the team theory with the actual work of library, the author explores the principles of library team construction, namely, specific target, scientific management, rationalization of the structure and sustainable development. Meanwhile, the types of library team construction are also pointed out with the aim to correctly put the theory of library team construction into practice.
