美式脊椎矫正手法联合中药热敷治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床观察

Clinical observation of treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis with the method of American chiropractic manipulation combined with hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine

目的:探讨美式脊椎矫正手法联合中药热敷治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,分析椎动脉型颈椎病患者60例临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为对照组(中药热敷治疗组)30例和观察组(美式脊椎矫正手法联合中药热敷治疗组)30例。结果:观察组临床治疗椎动脉型颈椎病总有效率明显高于对照组,χ2=28.57,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:美式脊椎矫正手法联合中药热敷治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To probe into the clinical curative effect of treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis with the method of American chiropractic manipulation combined with hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine. Method 60 cases of clinical data of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis patients in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively, which were divided into control group （ tradi- tional Chinese medicine hot compress therapy group） with 30 cases and observation group （ American chiropractic manipulation combined with hot compress of traditional Chinese Medicine group）with 30 cases. Results The total efficiency of vertebral artery type cervical spondy- losis of observation group was higher than that of control group, X2 = 22. 22, P 〈 O. 05, differences were statistically signifi- cant. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of cervical spondylosis by American chiropractic manipulation with hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine is worth to be used in treatment.
