377例无神经系统症状原发性高血压患者脑卒中发病高危因素及CT结果分析

Analysis of CT result in stroke of patients with primary hypertension without symptoms of peripheral neuropathy

目的:研究无神经系统症状原发性高血压患者中脑卒中的发病率及其影响因素,并研究其CT检查的意义。方法:回顾性总结分析377例无神经系统症状原发性高血压患者的相关临床资料,分析无神经系统症状原发性高血压患者脑卒中的发病率及其与高血压分级、年龄、性别、饮酒、吸烟、肥胖、糖尿病、血脂异常等相关因素的关系,并分析CT对其的诊断价值。结果:377例无神经系统症状原发性高血压患者中经CT检查发现脑卒中患者81例(21.48%),高血压Ⅲ级患者中的患病率高于高血压Ⅰ、Ⅱ级患者。而年龄≥55岁、男性、饮酒、吸烟、肥胖、糖尿病及血脂异常等患者中的患病率(26.79%、26.79%、28.24%、27.48%、41.11%、57.89%、45.07%)分别高于年龄<55岁、女性、不饮酒、不吸烟、体重正常、无糖尿病、血脂正常的患者(17.85%、14.88%、17.88%、13.85%、15.33%、15%、16.01%)(P<0.05)。结论:无神经系统症状原发性高血压患者脑卒中可以通过CT诊断,特别对于高血压Ⅲ级及相关危险因素患者应积极行CT检查,以早期干预治疗。

Objective To studiy the morbidity and effect factors of stroke of patients with primary hypertension without symptoms of pe- ripheral neuropathy, and also studiy the significance of CT scan. Method We summarized and analyzed the clinical data of 377 cases of pa- tients with primary hypertension without symptoms of peripheral neuropathy from January 2009 to June 2010 ,and also analyzed the relation of morbidity with hypertension classifications, age, sex, drinking, smoking, obesity, diabetes and dyalipidemia. Results After CT scan, there were 81 cases （21.48%） of stroke patients among 377 cases of patients with primary hypertension without symptoms of peripheral neuropa- thy. The morbidity of hypertension III was higher than hypertension I and II. The morbidity （26. 79%, 26. 79%, 28. 24%, 27. 48%, 41.11% ,57. 89% and 45.07% ） of the people that the age was more than or equal to 55 years,the sex was man with hobbies of drinking and smoking,the body was fat,and suffer diabetes and dyslipidemia was respectively higher than the people that the age was less than 55, the sex was female without the hobbies of drinking and smoking,the weight was normal,did not suffer diabetes and dyslipidemia （ 17. 85%,14. 88%, 17.88%, 13. 85%, 15.33%, 15% and 16.01% ） （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Diagnosing the stroke patients with primary hyper- tension without symptoms of peripheral neuropathy by CT scan,especially examine the patients who are suffer hypertension Ⅲ and relative risk factors for early intervention.
