Humane accomplishment and occupation moral of Intensive Care Unit nursing staff

目的:提高ICU护理人员人文素养和职业道德。方法:系统分析近1年的问卷调查,凸显ICU护理人员人文素养和职业道德在促进患者康复中的重要性。结果:从患者角度出发,注重以"患者为中心"的护理模式,可提高ICU护理人员人文素养和职业道德。结论:加强ICU护理人员人文素养和职业道德,帮助其正确面对由工作压力产生的倦怠情绪,提高工作效率,促进患者康复。

Objective To strengthen the humanities accomplishment and occupation moral culture of ICU nursing staff. Method Analyzed the one year＇s questionnaire survey systematically to highlight the importance of strengthening the humanities ac- complishment and occupation moral culture of ICU nursing staff. Results From the patient perspective ,we need to pay attention to the nurs- ing mode of ＂taking the patient as the center＂. Conclusion At the same time,we should improve the humanistic quality of nursing staff, help them correctly facing work pressure generated by the emotional burnout, improve work efficiency, promote the rehabilitation of patients.
