肝性脑病(hepatic encephalopathy,HE)是以代谢紊乱为基础的中枢神经系统功能失调综合征,是严重肝病常见的并发症及死亡原因之一。探讨HE发病机制及HE的早期诊断指标,可促进对HE的临床诊断和治疗。

Hepatic encephalopathy （HE） is the functional disturbance syndrome of central nervous system based on metabolic disturbance. It is one of the common complications and the causes of death of severe hepatitis. To investigate the patbogenesis and early diagnosis of HE will contribute to its clinical diagnosis and treatment.
