摘要 本文通过用热提法提取多糖,并用蒽酮显色后测定光密度,探讨了准确测定多糖的方法.并研究了可能影响测定结果准确性的因素,结果显示,标准曲线回归方程为Y=5.68X-0.005,r=0.9996.样品中分别加入10%的蔗糖,12%的葡萄糖,对结果无影响。对沉淀过程中的乙醇加入量进行了实验,确定加入浓缩液三倍量的乙醇即可使多糖完全析出。方法简便、准确、快速。 The method of precisely determining the content of holoside was studied after holoside had been extracted using thermal extraction and the optical density had been determined after authrone color development in the artile. The factors possibly affecting the results accuracy were also studied. The regressive equation of normal curve was Y=5.68X -0.005, R=0.9996. It was found that the result wasn't affected by 10% sucrose and 12% glucose added in the sample respectively. The prefer volume of alcohol added in the precipitating process was test and holoside could be totally extracted with adding alcohol three times volume of spissated liquid. The method studied is simple, quick and precise.
