摘要
本文报告了测定大鼠血中氯氰菊酯的气相色谱方法．测定前先用苯将氰氰菊酯从血中提取出来，将提取液用氮气吹干后，再用本定容至 ２００μｌ，用电子捕获检测器测定。本方法较为简便，精密度好（ＲＳＤ＝６．９２％），回收率高（１０２％）．
A gas chromatographic method is presented for the determination of cypermethrin in rat blood. The cypermethrin was extracted from blood with benzene and determined by electric capture detecter. The method is rather simple for use. It has a good precision and recovery.
