碳氮源对不同菌种产纤维素酶影响的研究

摘要 以里氏木霉、绿色木霉及康氏木霉作菌种,分别用微晶纤维素、玉米芯粉、稻草粉、麸皮作碳源,用豆饼粉、蛋白胨、硫酸胺、硝酸胺、尿素作氮源进行摇瓶发酵培养,并对其摇瓶发酵条件进行了研究,结果显示:不同菌种对碳氮源的要求不同,三种木霉培养基的最佳组成分别为:里氏木霉,微晶纤维素1%,磷酸二氢钾0.1%,硝酸铵0.3%,微量元素液0.1%,吐温-801000ppm,装量70ml/500mlΔ;康氏木霉,微晶纤维素1%,磷酸二氢钾0.1%,硫酸铵0.5%,微量元素液0.1%,吐温-80 1500ppm,装量50ml/500mlΔ;绿色木霉,粗玉米芯粉4.5%,豆饼粉4.0%,麸皮0.5%,蛋白胨0.1%,kH2PO40.1%,(NH4)2SO40.1%,MgSO40.05%,装量50ml/500mlΔ。培养温度均为28±1℃。 the measuring trichoderma viride and green wooden mold and mildew for KangShiMu strains,respectively for microcrystalline cellulose,several powder,rice straw powder,bran for carbon sources,with DouBing powder,specially designed,acid amine,nitric acid amine,urea nitrogen source for wave bottle fermentation cultivation,and the wave bottle fermentation conditions were studied,and the results show that different strains of carbon nitrogen source of different requirements,the three kinds of trichoderma viride medium of the best composition are:the magnitude trichoderma viride and microcrystalline cellulose 1%,potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.1%,ammonium nitrate by 0.3%,trace elements liquid 0.1%,twain-80 1000PPM,pack of 70ml/500ml A IKangShiMu mildew, microcrystalline cellulose 1%, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0. 1%, 0.5% ammonium sulfate, trace elements liquid 0.1%, twain-80 1500PPM,volume of fill 50ml/500ml △:The green wooden mold,several thick powder 4.5%,DouBing powder 4.0%,0.5% bran, specially designed by 0. l%,kH2PO40, l%,(NH4) 2 SO40. 1%,MgSO40.05%, 50ml for content/500ml A .The incubation temperature are 28 degree is obtai ℃.
