污水处理厂污泥农用可行性初步研究

摘要 为研究污水处理厂污泥农用可行性,对孝感市城市污水处理厂污泥进行了采样分析,结果表明污泥中TN、TP、TK均有较高的含量,远高于猪粪、牛粪、鸡粪。且有机物含量丰富,达到67.7%。但是同时测得Zn、Cd含量严重超标,分别为农用指标的12.9倍和8.23倍。因此污泥直接农用可能会导致对环境的不良影响,甚至导致二次污染。应进行适当的工艺处理方可农用。 With the purpose of researching the feasibility of the agricultural application of sludge from sewage processing factories, sample--analyzlng has been conducted on the sludge samples from the sewage treatment plants of Xiao Gan City. The results show that 1) the amounts of TN, TP and TK in the samples are much higher than those in pig, cattle and chicken manure: that 2) the organic matters in the samples are so rich that take a percentage of 67.7= and that 3) the amounts of Zn and Cd are 12. 9 times and 8.23 times higher than the acceptable levels. The results suggest that the direct use of sludge on agriculture may damage the environment,and even may cause recontamination. Thus, something should he done before the sludge is directly used on agriculture.
