关于永济市水利发展出路的探讨

Probe into the Way out for Water Resources Development in Yongji City

永济市是山西省主要粮棉产区之一,是国家优质棉基地,近年来工业也得到快速发展,随着经济的发展,水资源短缺现象日益严重。作为本区水资源主要来源的地下水,远远不能满足需要,已经严重超采。就缓解水资源短缺现象提出几点建议,希望通过尽量调蓄地面水、节约用水、治理污水、合理引用黄河水等措施解决这一问题。

Yongji City, which is one of main grain and cotton producing areas, is a national base of high-quality cotton, and in recent years, its industry also gets rapid development. Along with the economic development, the shortage of water resources is increasingly serious. The underground water, being as the main source of water resources in this area, is far from meeting the need and has seriously over-exploited. This paper puts forward some suggestions on alleviating the phenomenon 3f the shortage of water resources, hoping to solve this problem through adopting the measures of regulating and storing the mfface water, savin~ water, tr,~t;n,, ,,T^o~ ~ 3 ___
