摘要 食醋中氨基酸多达18种,还含有多种维生素,具有特殊的保健功能,可促进胃液分泌,抑制血糖升高,降低血脂,促进新陈代谢,降低胆固醇作用,防治肝病,美容护肤,延缓衰老等。随着生活水平的提高,人们的保健意识逐渐增强,食醋无论是作为调料,还是饮品的原料均受到了市场的青睐。文章对食醋行业的发展现状、竞争格局、发展趋势作了简要分析。 There are as many as 18 kinds of amino acids and a variety of vitamins in vinegar, which give it the special function for health. It can promote gastric secretion, restrain the rise of blood sugar and reduce the blood fat, promote metabolism, lower cholesterol, prevent and control the liver disease, a-chieve skin care, delay aging, etc. With the rise of living standard, people's health care consciousness is gradually strengthening, and received the favour of market either as a condiment or the raw material of drinks. This paper will analyze the development status, competition pattern and development trend of vinegar industry briefly.
