一型实用遥控设备的设计与应用

摘要 工程实践中经常需要对水面无人职守浮体上设备进行控制,在某些特定的场合,浮体环境孤立且本身易遭到破坏,因此,可靠性差、成本高的遥控设备不适合消耗环境。分析了原有遥控设备故障率高和可靠性差的原因,结合实际使用,设计了一型实用的具有双机自动切换和短路自动保护等功能的遥控设备。介绍了设备组成和单元电路设计,设备功能全部采用硬件实现。检测和实际使用表明,该设备功能齐全、抗干扰能力强、调试和使用方便、造价低廉、性能稳定可靠。 The equipment in unattended buoyage often needs to be controlled in engineering practice,but in special situation,the buoyage is isolated and easy to be destroyed,so the remote control equipment is unfit for this consuming environment with low reliability and high cost. Based on analyzing the reasons of low reliability and high failure rate of original remote control equipment,a model of remote control equipment is designed combining with practical experience, which is practical and has automatic switch and short circuit protection function. The equipment composition and unit circuit are introduced, and all the functions are carried out with hardware. The test and practical application results show the equipment has such advantages as complete functions, high anti-jamming capability, convenient adjustment and application, low cost and stable and reliable performance.
