55例安氏Ⅱ^1类错合牙量关系的Bolton分析

BOLTON TOOTH SIZE ANALYSIS OF ANGLE'S CLASS Ⅱ~1 MALOCCLUSION

目的 :探讨安氏Ⅱ1 类错合患者上下牙量关系对其症状及疗效的影响。方法 :对 55例安氏Ⅱ1 类错合的恒牙合模型上下牙进行Bolton分析。结果 :55例病例中前牙比与全牙比在正常范围内者分别为 32例、 2 6例 ;前牙比与全牙比小于正常值者为 1 5例、 1 7例 ;前牙比与全牙比大于正常值者为 8例、 1 2例。结论 :55例安氏Ⅱ1 类错合中有近 1 /2病例Bolton指数在正常值范围内 ,上下牙量关系协调 ;有近 1 /3病例Bolton指数小于正常值 ,上牙相对过宽或下牙相对过窄 ;有近 1 /5病例Bolton指数大于正常值 ,下牙相对过宽或上牙相对过窄。

Objective:To study the influences of an upper and lower tooth size relations on the syraptoms and curative effect in Angles ClassⅡ 1 malocclusion.Methods:Bolton tooth size analysis were made to 55 permanent models in Angles ClassⅡ 1 malocclusion.Results:Of 55 patients,32 and 26 have normal anterier ratio and normal total teeth retio,15(anterier teeth ratio) and 17(total teeth ratio) are below the normal ratio ranges,and eight(anterier teeth ratio) and 12(total teeth ratio) are above normal ratio ranges.Conclusion:In Angles ClassⅡ 1 malocclusion,about half of all patients had the Bolton ratio among the normal ranges,the upper and lower tooth size is harmonious.One third patients had the Bolton ratio below the normal ranges,the upper tooth is wider than the lower.One fifth patients had the Bolton ratio above the normal ranges,the lower tooth is wider than the upper.
