摘要
提出了一种新的索穹顶结构施工成形方法—塔架提升索杆累计安装成形方法,该方法的实质是在已知构件原长的基础上,通过提升塔架的辅助提升作用,尽可能使得多数构件在近地面安装完成,以减小施工成形过程中构件的内力和施工牵引力。针对一个索穹顶结构算例,采用动力松弛法进行了施工全过程模拟,考察了构件内力与结构位形的变化规律。结果表明:构件的累计安装成形是结构刚度逐渐形成和积累的过程,塔架的辅助提升使得构件内力与结构位形变化过程变得平缓,施工过程便于控制。
Construction forming method of cable dome is put forward based on tower lifting and accumulative installation. By this method, most component installation is near ground as far as possible to minimize the component internal force and construction traction in the forming process of the construction. According to a cable dome example, construction process simulation is done with dynamic relaxation method. It is shown that the structure stiffness forming is the process of the formation and accumulation, component internal force and structure configuration change has become smooth by the auxiliary of the lifting tower.
