摘要
营养不良可增加手术危险性、手术后并发症发生率及手术死亡率 ,肠内与肠外营养支持可纠正外科病人的营养状态 ,从而减少手术后并发症和死亡率。但近年来严格的临床对照研究却表明 ,围手术期营养支持仅能降低重度营养不良或手术后长期不能进食病人的术后并发症 。
Malnutrition in patients undergoing major surgery is associated with increased complication rate and postoperative morbidity and mortality.Since artificial nutrition can correct malnutritoin,it has generally been assumed that nutritional intervention in the pre or postoperative period can reduce the overall complication rate after operation.A number of well designed controlled studies have recently proved that perioperative nutritional support didn't give an advantage for majority surgical patients except for a small proportion of patients with severe malnutrition.
