摘要
生长激素日益广泛地应用于外科临床 ,但在其使用过程中对机体糖代谢有显著的影响。本文就生长激素导致机体糖代谢异常。
Growth hormone has been used widely in surgical patients.But administration of growth hormone has obviously an adverse effect on host glucose metabolism.The article reviews the research progresses in expression and mechanism of growth hormone induced glucose intolerance or insulin resistance,and therapeutic methods to overcome it.
