改良微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察改良微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效及对神经传导功能的影响。、办法将46例原发性三叉神经痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组23例,其中观察组采用改良微血管减压术治疗,即用患者自身桥小脑脚硬膜或人工硬膜将压迫三叉神经的血管包裹并悬吊于骨壁硬膜上;对照组采用传统微血管减压术治疗、结果治疗后12个月,观察组治愈率为91.30%,有效率为100%,而对照组治愈率为73.92%,有效率为86.96%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);手术后两组W3-W1 IPLD值均较术前明显减小(P〈0.01),且术后观察组W3-W1IPLD值明显小于对照组(P〈0.05).结论改良微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛疗效确切,可基本恢复患者神经传导功能,且术后复发率低,安全可靠。 Objective To ohse,we clinical efficacy of improved microvascular deeompression(MVI)) on idi- opalhi〈" trigeminal neuralgia(ITN) patients anti its influence on recovery of trigeminal nerve conduction. Methods For- ty-six patients with ITN were divided into observation group and control group in random,patients of the two group ~ere treated with improved MVI) and traditional MVI) individually. Results After 12 mouths following-up,the recovery rate and effective power of observation group were 91.30% and 100% ,which were mt, eh higher than that of control group with statistical signifieanc, e ( P 〈 0.05 }. Post-operation BTEP of both group improved a lot and W3-WI IPIJ) of hoth grot,p significantly decreased compared to pre-operation(P 〈 0.01 ) ;W3-WI IPLD of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group after 12 months of MVD surgery. Conclusion hnproved MVD is efl)ctive and safety on ITN with low recurrence rate,which can recover nerve conduction timetion on the whole.
